性视界传媒LEXICO 性视界传媒� When former Calexico Interim City Manager Rick Daniels was hired to lead the city for three months back in March, there were several things he did not know.

性视界传媒淚 don性视界传媒檛 think I understood the several previous acts of corruption and financial mismanagement within the city,性视界传媒� he said on his last official day as the city manager.

性视界传媒淥ne thing I did not know is the city did not have a public works director,性视界传媒� he said, adding that without one, projects are almost impossible to do.

He said in the last eight years not one project was done, and one of his first acts was to hire an experienced public works director.

Daniels性视界传媒� last day as interim city manager was originally to be on June 7; however, he was asked to continue through the end of the month and he agreed to stay for an additional two weeks.

He thinks the City Council will find a good city manager candidate but added he was Calexico性视界传媒檚 19th city manager in the last 24 years.

Earlier this week in closed session, the council selected Police Chief Armando Orozco to be its interim city manager.

The Calexico City Council also announced Tuesday that they had decided on who will be the next city manager and will announce who it is at an open council meeting in July.

Daniels will not be around to observe or oversee some of the 60 city projects he has envisioned for the city.

He hired consultant Grady Duncan to get the process going in building these projects within three to five years.

Duncan has served as a consultant on several projects in Imperial County.

He said Calexico has a lot to offer and considers all the major cities in the Valley to be one big city.
