With the world awash in stress and anxiety, nature can be the perfect spring antidote. One good way to soothe the brain is taking time to head into nature and focus on what it has to offer. That might be cherry blossoms in Japan, tulips in the Netherlands, bluebells in Belgium. To really relax, experts say you should focus on nature and not on taking pictures. Gilles Gui recently visited the bluebells in Belgium's Hallerbos forest, which draw crowds each year from around the world. He says he left with a lot of peaceful silence in his head and a respite from the worries of the world.
